Make your next
meeting meaningful.

We have a passion for meaningful meetings.

Great meetings don’t come together magically, but we can make it feel like they do. Here’s our process:

Step 1: Intake Conversations

We spend time meeting with you and members of your team to understand your unique culture, wants, and needs.

Step 2: Experience Prototyping

We take the first pass at designing the event of your dreams-and then bring it to you to see how it feels. Together, we edit and refine the plan.

Step 3: Final Plan

We develop the final event plan (down to the minute) and make sure it matches with your expectations.

Step 4: Preparation

We gather all of the materials needed for your event. We introduce ourselves to your participants in advance, giving them a chance to share their needs with us to ensure accessibility.

Step 5: The Big Event

It’s time for the show-we run your whole event. You can fully participate! In real-time, we take minutes during the meeting and capture all work products for future reference.

Step 6: Following Up

We share with you a compilation of all materials from your event (including photos) and advise you on where to take your team from here.

We started off as summer camp directors.

But not the cheesy kind.

We got our start leading hundreds of kids through transformative and experiential educational experiences. We’ve taken lessons on inclusion, engagement, clarity, and fun from camp and fused them with our professional degrees in fields like business and education to create one-of-a-kind meetings for our clients.

We believe

Relationships are foundational in organizational work.

Every minute in a meeting deserves thought and intentionality.

Access and inclusion are essential for each part of the agenda.

“We got great feedback on the self study from our external review committee and from [the college]. The work you did was essential for helping us come together and build that shared vision.”
